Your tasks include

  • Organisation and scheduling of partial and complete batches
  • Managing the transport of our own vehicles within Germany
  • Ensuring the punctual processing of dispatch orders and collections
  • Co-operation with other departments, partners and customers
  • Processing customer enquiries
  • Documentation
  • Freight sales
  • Order entry and creation of delivery documents
  • Processing of project business and promotional goods
  • Quotation preparation and purchase of cargo space
  • Scheduling and quality assurance

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or similar training is an advantage
  • Experienced with MS Office applications
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Careful and precise way of working
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a team, commitment and flexibility
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
