Management assistant for forwarding and logistics services

During your three-year training programme, you will be responsible for the following areas, among others:

  • Advising customers and preparing offers
  • Written confirmation of orders and sending of the corresponding documents to the client
  • Acceptance of forwarding orders
  • Handling of transports within the area of responsibility in local, long-distance and international transport
  • Planning and scheduling of own vehicle fleet or external contractors
  • Disposition of partial and full loads, taking into account legal, qualitative and economic aspects
  • Processing of price enquiries in the part and full load segment
  • Standard haulage activities relating to the vehicle fleet and internal operations
  • Handling of customs matters
  • Commercial processing in our logistics

Your profile:

  • At least a secondary school leaving certificate
  • Linguistic talent
  • Great interest in commercial processes
  • Enjoy working in a rapidly expanding international company
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Flexibility and resilience
