Specialist

Your tasks:

• Contact for internal and external pallet management
• Responsibility for the processes of loading equipment management, inventory management and booking tracking for empty pallets
• Booking of loading equipment movements in the loading equipment accounts and coordination of the return of empties
• Invoice processing, checking and approval of loading equipment invoices
• Tracking of loading equipment debts and credit balances, settlement of loading equipment debts
• Processing of complaints
• Ensuring compliance with quality specifications and work instructions as well as monitoring legal and operational regulations

Your profile:

• Sound experience and knowledge in the field of pallet management / controlling, also experience in similar administrative areas / accounting is welcome
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Personal responsibility
• Communication skills and commitment
