Forwarding agent

For our team in Mannheim we are looking for reinforcement in the commercial area:

Your area of responsibility includes

• Advising customers and preparing offers
• Written confirmation of orders and sending of the corresponding documents to the client (parts and loading lists, customs declarations)
• Acceptance of forwarding orders
• Handling of transports within the system goods co-operations
• Planning and scheduling
• Consignment research

Your profile:

• completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk, or a similar commercial profession
• At least intermediate school leaving certificate or successfully completed business school
• Great interest in commercial processes
• Enjoy working in a rapidly expanding international company
• Ability to work in a team
• Flexibility and resilience
