Sachbearbeiter kaufm. Logistik

We are looking for support for our team in the commercial logistics area:

Your tasks include

• Entry, release and control of delivery orders in the ERP system
• Preparation and forwarding of necessary shipping documents
• Administrative processing of WE and WA in a national and international environment
• Billing of orders
• Creation of picking / packing orders
• Checking the freight papers and documents
• Correspondence with customers, haulage companies and delivery points
• Handling of the entire logistics area including complaints processing
• Identification and implementation of new shipping options

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or a similar qualification
• Good knowledge of English desirable
• Sound knowledge of MS Office
• Professional experience in the field of logistics desirable
• Initiative, flexibility, stress resistance and interdisciplinary thinking/acting
• Independent and responsible way of working
