Your tasks include

  • Timely and customer-orientated order entry and processing
  • Customer service
  • Ensuring proactive communication and processing in the event of incidents and damage reports in the process
  • Arrival notifications to the customer
  • Customer agreement regarding deliveries and deliveries
  • Consignment checks / back-office activities
  • Billing of order tours

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training as a businessman (m/f) for forwarding and logistics services or comparable
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of written and spoken English desirable
  • At least three years of professional experience in a company in the logistics sector and/or in a comparable position

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and confident telephone behaviour or in personal customer contact
  • Open-mindedness and flexibility towards customer wishes/service thinking
  • Team spirit and social skills in an international environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Independent and reliable way of working
  • Negotiating skills and cost awareness
  • Strong customer orientation, service mentality and flexibility are a matter of course for you
